My name is Kelley from Levan Utah. I love making earrings and Necklaces and bracelets from your beads. The more natural beads the better. I’m thinking of doing a necklace with lots of the flat natural beads, but I’m need a few more to see it the way it is in my head yet so I can create it.
Oh, and I saw this amazing pearl necklace in the mall. It used double drilled pearls where the drillings were cross drilled. The pearls were only connected with a single thread, but then there were little weedy bits with more pearls going off in different directions. It was so pretty . . . So I’m looking for some pearls with these drillings. (Either that or 350.00 so I can buy the one in the mall.)

I have bought many beads and pendants from Traderlou’s, with the hope of buying more. I have created many traditional as well as non-traditional pieces and gotten compliments on both. It’s fun browsing the large selection, trying to come up with what design I might do next!

Thank you Traderlou,
I’ve been making jewelry for about 2 years. I make it as a fundraiser for the National DWI Memorial of Perpetual Tears we are building in New Mexico. I’ve donated not only my time for the jewelry but since 1994 I have worked diligently toward this goal with the purpose of representing and recognizing those that have been killed and injured by Driving While Impaired. We have the NM phase finished. and are now working on raising funds for the National phase. The finished memorial will be beautiful and is located on the busy I-40 interstate in NM.
The field of ‘markers’ numbers over 900 this year. This just represents NM. We lost over 85,000 to DWI in the last 5 years in our nation. We need to let people know!
If anyone would like to help with our project. We sell the jewelry in the memorial building and I use tear shaped beads in it. Donations of jewelry or beads will be most appreciated.
Traderlou, Please print this. There may be victims or survivors out there that would like to help or just good people that want to help.
We are a registered Non-profit # 52-2373892.
This is now a government facility although our non-profit has been so much help in fundraising. We have brought in over $800,000. and the state of NM has granted almost that much.
